Avaya is discontinuing sales and support for IP Office pre R10 licenses.

Unless you are already running software version 10.1 or 11.x - yes, this announcement affects you.

To verify your version release, connect to the system using the IP Office Manager Application. The "Select IP Office Window" will show the platform, unit type and version number of all connected systems.

Last day to request simple and complex license swaps.

Last day to request ADI license migration to PLDS (for licenses that qualify).

December 9, 2019

Date EXTENDED! End of Sale Date for IP Office Codes (as indicated in announcement).

Last day to purchase system expansion licenses.

Last day to request new ADI licenses.
